It turned out so pretty.
It was all about textures! Each square is a different texture. Satin, Lace, corduroy, terry. I machine quilted it but attached ribbons at the corners so it appears to be tied with the ribbons.
I used chenille for the backing and binding so it's extra cuddly.
She seems to like it!
Now I just need to make the matching curtains, diaper stacker, changing pad cover, and rocking chair pads. Grandma's work is never done.
