The Walgreen's brand would probably be a pretty good deal. Just make sure your total BEFORE the coupon is $20.

OR you could do this with it.
Buy 3 books of 20 postage stamps
$8.40 X 3 = $25.20
-$5.00 = $20.20
which makes your stamps 34 cents each.
Good deal if you use stamps.

Or you might use it to stock up on OTC meds and then get reimbursed from flex spending for the purchase price.
