Meal Plan

With both kids back in school I need to rededicate myself to the home cooked breakfast to fill them up till lunch.
We're also trying lunches from home for a little bit to see if it goes over better than school lunches.

Breakfasts
~bagels with cream cheese and fresh peaches
~egg and cheese biscuits
~baked blueberry oatmeal (Kenzie and I have been missing this one.)
~Smoothies and cinnamon toast
~Oatmeal and juice or fruit
~French toast

Lunches
Sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, juice

Dinners~
~Homemade roasted veggie pizza, corn on the cob
~Roasted veggie sandwiches, tomato and cucumber salad
~eggplant parmesan on spaghetti squash(Looking for a recipe)
~Grilled pork chops, beets and green beans
~Georgia Peach Chicken Sandwiches (I made these and posted the recipe before but Blogger's search feature seems to be dysfunctional all the sudden. Found it! :) Now to make it WW friendly)

I'm can't get that sandwich out of my mind. Did you make a lower fat pesto or just use store bought? Dying to try it...

I used my homemade spinach pesto. There's a link on the sandwich post.
Pesto is such a strong flavor that I don't think you really need much of it. Just count it as your healthy oils. ;)

Yum to cheese and egg biscuits. Delish! Your dinner meals sound good too!

What did you do to WW up the Georgia Peach Chicken Sandwiches???
I've had THAT sandwich on my mind. Tonight, I made an AWESOME recipe from the WW website, Grilled chicken and peaches... or something like that, cuz it sounded close to this sandwich. It was yummy!
