My weight this morning: 143.2
This is .2 above my ideal window of 140-143.
I've had a week of practically zero movement because of my back pain.
And I ate without a care about points at Oktoberfest yesterday.
So, this .2 gain makes sense to me.
I'm sure I'll get back to my maintenance zone by next weigh in on Sunday.
