Meal Plan

I've been spending money like a crack addict on fresh produce. I might need a 12 step program or something.
So this week's menu is based on items we have on hand and I should be able to spend only about $30 on groceries tomorrow.
I'll continue with the home cooked breakfasts and cold lunches for school.

Dinners
~Spaghetti, Salad and Bread for the family dinner on Sunday.
~Minestrone, Bread
~Black bean tacos, Rice
~Fish tacos, Rice
~Quesadilla Casserole, Salad
~Lima Beans, Corn bread
~Smoked Turkey Sausage and pasta, Salad

I think the vegetarian meals we had last week helped me drop weight a little faster so I'm going to continue that trend. :) And Roger even says he is fine with it. Mostly.

I have been cooking vegetarian 3-4 times a week and we love it! Too bad Mike and Ike's are vegetarian, so I keep eating those too...

Hey- I know you said you were on facebook and I keep thinking how much I want to add you, but I don't know your last name! Can you pm me?

Woohoo! I've dropped 22 lbs so far by going back to Vegetarianism, full time again. Nothing wrong with that! Love to see you eating healthy and your family too! That's great! *Mel

Sharon~Maybe it would be easier if they were called jelly MEATs, huh? LOL

Mel~ It feels good to be eating even a little healthier still. We had already cut the meat portions way back to what felt healthier. Baby steps. ;) I'll bet the weight loss has helped you feel a little better too. Sounds like your energy level is a bit higher lately when I see ya around here and there on the net. That's so great!
