Maintenance - Week 2

My weight this morning: 141.4
I've stayed within my ideal range of 140-143 for the past five days.
So far, so good. :)

I took my measurements this morning because it's been a while.

I've actually lost another half inch from most places in the past month. woohoo!

I've lost a total of 37.5 inches since the beginning. Pretty cool!

Wow, that's great!! Way to go. How many more points do you get a day? Has it been pretty easy for you?

Maintenance and Lifetime was the hardest part of WW for me and the reason I wont go back. There is no support for lifetimers and after spending my entire life dieting and 4 years in WW loosing the weight, I definitely needed the support. I hope that you have better luck then I did and that things have changed.

Becky~ I get 25 points per day.
But, to be honest, I haven't really tracked anything at all since I got to goal.
I really think that WW (and some other research as well) has really taught me how to eat properly. I just kinda know how much and what I need to be eating.
It's too early to tell if I'm delusional about that. Time will tell.

Mocha~ I was doing WW online so I wasn't getting much support FROM THEM anyway. Other than being able to look up and track points values and stuff like that. Most of my support system has been friends and family. Luckily, they are as available to me now as ever.
I haven't really felt deprived or like it was a struggle to learn and implement a new way of life. If I "quit" WW right now, nothing would really change for me. I'd continue to eat, cook and live this way because I feel so good.
Am I making any sense? LOL

I hate that this will sound like a WW commercial but it really hasn't been a "diet" for me. It was a tool in designing a new way of life that I really love and enjoy.

That's cool your body is still working on reshaping! I love the sounds of that!
