I have stayed within my 140-143 range every day this week until this morning when I dropped below.
A nice lasagna dinner with the family tonight should fix that. ;)
I'm not sure how much longer I will keep my WW membership. I don't really track points every day anymore. I just keep a mental tally of what I've eaten and try to make healthy choices.
I really think I've got this!
If I give up the membership I won't be able to calculate points values of recipes anymore which is pretty much the only thing I've been using it for in the past couple of weeks. There are ways to calculate the nutrition info though. I guess that would works to figure out the points.
Anyway...just thinking out loud here.
I wanted to post this chart when I reached goal but couldn't figure it out for some reason. It was pretty simple just now. I just love looking at it. Another way to visualize the journey. :)
