The local library has a mother/daughter book club once a month. This was our second month participating.
This month we read Savvy by Ingrid Law. It was a fun book. The book club meetings always include some discussion, activities and crafts that are related to the book somehow. This time we did face painting.
It's fun to spend a little one on one this way. These are the preteen years, ya know. Gotta grab those bonding moments when I can.
