Hi dj!
I hope you enjoy the salisbury steak! I haven't made that one in a while.
We don't have a wii. We're not very "up" on the latest electronics around here. But one of my grown daughters brought hers over a couple weeks ago and it got us interested. LOL
Have a fun family night!
salisbury steak was a winner...thanks!...that's why i had to do my long walk/run route today...hehehe.
forsythia are the perfect shrub to force.....they probably won't even need any special treatment..just cut and place in warm water. i wouldn't be surprised if you get roots developing even at some point.

Slo Cookr sweet potato chili sounds yummy...very chilly and windy here... sounds awesome! x xxx *M
Great menu! I really need to get back to menu planning. But, I did manage a post on my blog today!
I tried a lettuce wrap recipe last night. I remembered there being a Turkey Burger recipe or two in my new Eat Clean cookbook (birthday present) and Lettuce Wraps was the one that sounded the best. So good! I even improvised a sauce. Go me!
Kenzie was raving about your Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps this last weekend. She HIGHLY recommended them. These are the next ones on the list. Thanks for sharing!
The two recipes look very different. I'll have to post. I should have a little time tomorrow or Saturday.
