This and That

~I'm tired of our house. I want to change everything. But I don't know what I want to change it to. I've spent too many hours browsing THIS BLOG in the past few days and dreaming about CHANGE. I'm even kind of feeling her kitchen. It's similar to ours but more "put together". Hmmm.......

~I was just driving Kenzie to a meeting and Jaxon told me he wanted to ride a fish. I told him fish live in water. He can't breathe in water. His reply: "I can breathe in the water with my telescope when I ride the big fish." Okay.

~Speaking of Jaxon, ( I like to. He's at that *everything I say is gonna be the cutest thing you ever heard* stage.) he has none of my self concious genetics working against him. None. He will gleefully walk all over the house playing his Sesame Street guitar and singing for anyone who will listen. I hope he keeps that confidence.

~Emily took this great sunset picture a couple of nights ago. Beautiful!

~I made "Mexi-wraps" for dinner last night. I wanted something better than just tacos in lettuce rather than tortillas. They were okay. Not worth making again or blogging about though.

~Tonight I'm going for Indian inspired lettuce wraps. I have high hopes since I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Indian food. No. You don't understand. I love it more than that. Really.

~It's the last day of June and I did not go to the gym today. I just feel like a slug the past couple of days. ugh! So I did not accomplish my goal of 20 visits to the gym in June. Only 15. I'll try again in July.

~Today is Paula's birthday. Happy Birthday my dear friend. I hope you are able to find some small happiness each day. I love you!

I can't get enough of her blog either!! I only slightly neglected the kids to read it though, so that's not too bad, right??? LOL

I LOVE her kitchen. Could you frame the side/back of the.. uh.. I don't know what it's called. The part that sticks out in the middle of the kitchen. Anyway, put up the sides like she did and paint it black? I like the green colors and if you went off of the artichoke type colors, you'd get purple in too.

I'm DYING to make something like this.

I love the original design at the bottom in the frame. SO easy and a good way to pull stuff together..

I think a change would be good for your house. Not saying it dosen't look good now, but there is so many things you can do these days that are cost friendly and look great.
Joey and I rearrange our house a couple times a month. We have to have change lol. :)
