CHANGE!!

That was my word for the year, remember?
Here are some pretty cool changes going on around here...

The garden at 2 weeks.

And now, at 4 weeks. Wow!! We've been enjoying the lettuce this week.

And I decided to take some more progress pics today to document the changes in Me!
This was when I started Weight Watcher's on Feb. 8.

Eight weeks later. April 5.

And today. 16 weeks on Weight Watchers.

And, if you don't mind, the same series of pics from the side just because I enjoy scrolling down and watching myself shrink! LOL

At 8 weeks.

At 16 weeks.

And here's a big change! When we started our get of debt journey we decided to cancel our family fitness center membership. But Roger recently got a raise and we decided to put some of that extra money toward renewing the membership. I'm excited about this. My big goal is to be FIT BY 40, not just thin. So finally, after 16 weeks, I suppose it's time I started exercising. Don't you?
And here's a big change for Jaxon! He has been saying that he's ready to be a big boy so we gathered the necessary supplies and made the option available to him. The first two test runs ended with Jaxon in wet underwear saying, "That not 'posed to happen." LOL But I'm sure he'll catch on soon. He sure is enjoying carrying around the stack of new underwear today.

You joined the gym again? Do you think you'll go early mornings or during the day? Pretty sure I'm going to join.. need to firm up plus my weight loss is stalling out.

Your garden is so great! Wow.. we have a huge area for a garden but no tiller. ugh I wonder if anything would grow in bad dirt. hmmm lol

Oh, and I enjoyed scrolling up and down and watching you shrink. :o)

I think I might go in the afternoons.
I haven't decided for sure.
If you join maybe we can get together there sometime. I'm sure I could use the motivation. LOL
Memberships come with a free coupon for 30 minutes with a personal trainer. That was cool to me because I need a little guidance I think.

WOO HOO! You are looking pretty good. I bet Roger thinks he is with a new Woman!! I hope you enjoy the gym.

Mike's garden is barely starting! Kemmerer is not known for their growing season. Your Garden looks GREAT!!!

I'm not sure if he thinks he's with a NEW woman or if he thinks the OLD one finally came back. Right now I weigh about what I did when we first got together. LOL

I'm really excited about the garden. This is WAY more success than we've ever had before. This square foot gardening thing might have something to it.

You look AWESOME! Go girl!! If I could give you some of my exercise motivation and you could give me some of your food control we'd be unstoppable!

Sharon~ It's a deal! LOL I read about your exercising and I feel like such a slug. But that all changes now! ;)

Look at YOU!!!! OMG!!! You look FABULOUS!!!! So you are going to take the exercise plunge?
I saw through posts and comments you were so close on mental preparation. You were getting more and more like you were ready for the commitment. The garden has been great for exercise I bet!!
Good job on your word "CHANGE" for the year!!!

Christy~ Thanks! That's just enough exclamation points to make me believe it. LOL Why is it so hard to see the change in ourselves? That's why I NEED pictures.
The gardening hasn't really been any exercise at all. Well, when we first built it, that was hard work. But since we built it I have been surprised to find that it lives up to the promise that the author of the book makes. We only spend about 5 minutes a day watering. We've pulled maybe 10 weeds from it. That's my kind of gardening. Easy peasy.
Now, what about more progress pics from you? Let's see that "sparkle!" ;)

You really do look great! Every time I see you you look amazing and more happier. Congrats! :)
That lettuce looks so delish! Next year we'll plant some and save some money at the store.
Way to go Jaxon! That's awesome he decided he wanted to be a big boy and how he noticed going to the bathroom in his underwear is not supposed to happen lol. He'll be using the potty in no time!

Thanks Amber! I couldn't do it without you and the rest of the support group. :)
I'm proud of all of us!

What a lot of changes! Yay for change. :) Love the word of the year thing. :) Yay for fresh lettuce too! Have fun at the gym and woohoo on the pottytraining!

Way to go. You look great!!!! We've been trying to potty train as well but have been at a stand still since the baby was born. Panties are now the enemy because she wants a diaper like the baby. Hopefully I won't have two in diapers much longer.

Wow! You look awesome! Very inspiring! (and I think "fit by forty" is better than the thin stuff... it appears you're doing both, though!)
