Meal Plan

Well, I "winged it" through a second week without a meal plan or a shopping trip but we are really scraping the bottom now. The fridge is bare, the cupboards empty. So tomorrow I shop!
Lots of chicken this week because not grocery shopping for two weeks means not snapping up any bargain meats for future use. Hopefully I'll find some good deals on different meats for next week's meal plan.

Dinners for the coming week:
~Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Bread
~Prime Rib, Potatoes, Gravy, Carrots
~Cheesy Chicken Shells, Salad, Brussels Sprouts
~Grilled Tilapia, Chimichurri, Pico de Gallo, Rice Pilaf, Steamed Broccoli
~Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken, Roasted Garlic Potato Salad, Veggie TBD
~Chicken Tacos, Beans and Rice
~Chicken Gyros, Fresh Fruit, Chips

This could change if none of these meals appeals to Roger as a birthday dinner on Thursday. :)

That sounds like a good plan for meals for the week.
