Okay.
I made the meal plan.
We did the shopping.
We had a lunch date at Chili's and had a plate full of fried food. *burp!*
Then we vegged out and watched a movie with the kids.
I ate a pint of Ben and Jerry's Banana Split for dinner.
I feel good about the plans for dinners.
I'm a little nervous about breakfasts and lunches.
We found an official Weight Watchers electronic scale on clearance for $10.49 at Kohl's.
It comes with an offer for 6 free issues of Weight Watchers magazine. I'll be sending for that.
It is a nice scale and yet I hate it. No surprise since stepping upon it proved that I may have a tad more than 40 pounds to lose after all.
Tomorrow's the big day. I'm ready!

LOL At the Ben & Jerry's. Gotta get that in. ;o)
If you're a chocolate ice cream fan, there are some Healthy Choice chocolate bars that are SO GOOD! Even Drew loves them.. they don't taste "diet" at all. You can get a big box for $8ish at Costco.. like 18 in there. I haven't priced it out anywhere else though and w/ coupons.. if they even have coupons for them..
Anyway, I posted some breakfast/lunch ideas on PYP.
Oh, and Chili's has an awesome 'guiltless' dinner.. it's grilled chicken (good flavor) and a side of rice, broccoli and corn on the cob.. it's 12 points. But much, much less than other items. lol Or the guiltless chicken sandwich is 10 points.
