My solution was to buy some bells (like quarter sized or a bit smaller) and put a ribbon through and tie.. and then the kids can play with those. They can do whatever they want and take them on and off.. but they can't touch the other ones. It kind of works. lol
ROFL! We have finally moved every single decoration to the top 1/4 of our tree.
