~Roasted Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, veggie
~Shepard's Pie, rolls
~Stuffed Cabbage Stoup, rolls
~Turkey Burgers with horseradish and cheddar, chips, salad
~Chile Verde and Quesadillas
~Crockpot Mole, Rice and tortillas
I'll add links and fill in the veggies and salad after I grocery shop tomorrow and see what's on sale veggie-wise.
We're planning to try to get through the month on only $400 again even though the actual budget is $500. We did so well last month!

Trish, the Lo Mein with Chicken Fondue and Asian Peanut Dipping Sauce sounds awesome. Great idea.
So I finally gave in to my curiosity about this Baked Blueberry Oatmeal. I see Little Red Hen did the same! I had to use the drained triple berries in light syrup stuff since I didn't want to go to the grocery store at this late hour. (i think just blueberries would be best though). I'll let you know what I think. If it's yummy, I'll have to tell Amy and Jamie and my Dad that it's their turn to make it!
